Michael a rejoint Nanosonics en qualité de PDG et de président en octobre 2013. Il a été administrateur non exécutif du conseil d’administration de juillet 2012 à octobre 2013. Michael a plus de 26 ans d’expérience commerciale internationale sur le marché de la santé et a occupé des rôles au niveau régional et mondial dans les industries des dispositifs médicaux et pharmaceutiques. Avant de rejoindre Nanosonics, il était vice-président senior du marketing mondial pour la grande entreprise de matériel médical Cochlear Ltd, un poste qu’il a occupé pendant plus de 10 ans.

Steven joined Nanosonics as Senior Vice President, Design and Development, in September 2016 and was appointed to the role of CTO in February 2018. He has over 21 years’ experience leading the development of medical devices. Prior to Nanosonics, Steven held a range of senior executive roles with ResMed, including VP of Technology and VP of Product Development. He is an inventor of almost 300 granted and pending patents and is an Adjunct Professor of Engineering at The University of Sydney.

Rod a rejoint Nanosonics en avril 2019. Il est cadre opérationnel international et dispose de plus de 20 ans d’expérience, ayant occupé des postes clés dans des entreprises telles que Cochlear et GM Holden. Matt joined Nanosonics in August 2017. He was appointed to the Executive Team in October 2021, and as Company Secretary in May 2023. Matt is responsible for all legal and corporate governance matters across the Nanosonics Group. Matt is also the executive sponsor for Sustainability activities. Prior to joining Nanosonics, Matt held a variety of senior legal roles in Australia and abroad with a focus on technology and healthcare. Immediately prior to joining Nanosonics, Matt served as General Counsel for an international software business based in London. Matt is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the Governance Institute of Australia.

Matthew joined Nanosonics in April 2022. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and product management in medical device, high technology and consulting fields across the full product development cycle. Prior to Nanosonics, Matthew held a range of strategic executive roles including Global Director of Portfolio Strategy & Planning at Cochlear, R&D management at ResMed and Founder-CEO of an enterprise SaaS software startup.

Jodi joined Nanosonics in April 2020. Jodi is an experienced human resources professional who has contributed to strategy, culture and business transformation at an executive level in the finance, telco and IT industries. Most recently, Jodi was Head of Human Resources with the Eclipx Group. She has also led international human resource functions as HR Director for Samsung and Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific at Orange Business Services.

Sunny joined Nanosonics as CIO in November 2022. He has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology in diverse sectors such as medical device, telco and insurance, with a specific focus on Digital Transformation and Data Engineering platforms. Prior to Nanosonics, Sunny held senior management roles with Resmed, including Head of Finance Systems and Senior Director of Product Innovation.

Jason joined Nanosonics as CFO effective October 2023. Jason has more than 25 years of international experience across healthcare, construction, and financial services industries. Before joining Nanosonics he held senior finance roles with General Electric (GE) for 15 years, notably CFO for GE Healthcare Australia & New Zealand. More recently, he held several CFO roles with the Hilti group for over 6 years in Dubai and Singapore. Jason is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and attained executive education in Strategic Financial Analysis from Harvard Business School, USA.

Ken joined Nanosonics in September 2017 as Regional President for the United States, Canada and Latin America. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the healthcare, medical devices and consumer products industries. Most recently Ken was the President for Amoena GmbH and prior to that he held general management roles at BSN Medical, Medicom, Energizer and Pfizer.

Ronan joined Nanosonics in September 2019 and is responsible for Nanosonics’ continued expansion across Europe and the Middle East. He has more than 20 years’ experience in infection prevention through senior sales, management and business development roles with Advanced Sterilization Products and Wassenburg Medical, a global leader in endoscope reprocessing. Most recently, Ronan was the Vice President of Global Sales and a Board member at Wassenburg Medical, where he had also served as Managing Director for Ireland and Director of Business Development for EMEA.

Katsumi a rejoint Nanosonics en avril 2016 en tant que directeur national par intérim pour le Japon, et a joué un rôle important dans l’établissement et la croissance de l’activité japonaise pendant cette période. Nanosonics Japan K.K. a été créée en janvier 2019 et Katsumi a été nommé président de Nanosonics Japan K.K en septembre 2019. Katsumi possède plus de 25 ans d’expérience dans le développement et la gestion d’entreprises et d’investissements entre l’Australie et le Japon dans le secteur des sciences de la vie. Il a été membre du Conseil d’administration et a occupé des postes de direction dans de grandes entreprises internationales en Australie et au Japon.

Gareth a rejoint Nanosonics en février 2020 pour soutenir les activités existantes en Europe, au Moyen-Orient et en Afrique. Gareth apporte avec lui une grande expérience spécialisée dans le domaine de la décontamination des dispositifs médicaux invasifs réutilisables. Gareth a commencé sa carrière chez Wassenburg Medical Ireland, experts en solutions de retraitement des endoscopes et de prévention des infections, avant de rejoindre Cantel Medical Canada. Tout en soutenant leur expansion en Amérique du Nord, il a travaillé sur les produits de prévention des infections et des procédures utilisées pour l’endoscopie et les produits stériles pour les services centraux de stérilisation.

Ms. Klatt joined the Nanosonics team in October 2021. She has more than 20 years of national and international commercial experience in the healthcare market, having held local, regional and global roles in medical device industry. Before joining Nanosonics, she was working in several leadership and board roles in sales and marketing for companies like Medtronic, Hill-Rom, Baxter and Spacelabs. In addition, Ms. Klatt has been developing prospective executives in the context of training and coaching for many years. For her second degree in Marketing she was honored with the “German Study Award 2010”.
